Provides for the general characteristics of property & casualty (P&C) insurance contracts and for the specific provisions applicable to insurance contracts covering oil and gas, named perils and operational all risks, bankers blanket bond, aviation, marine, nuclear risks and domestic credit and export credit where the insured is a corporate entity.
